Associate Lawyer — Family Law
Full-Time Kitchener, ON 2–5 Years Call
About the Role

We are seeking a called Ontario lawyer with 2–5 years of family law experience to join our practice. You will carry your own file load under partner supervision, with real client contact from day one.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a supervised family law file load (divorce, custody, separation agreements, support)
  • Draft pleadings, affidavits, minutes of settlement and separation agreements
  • Appear in Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice
  • Correspond with clients, opposing counsel and court offices
Requirements
  • Member in good standing, Law Society of Ontario
  • Minimum 2 years of family law experience in Ontario
  • Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a busy file load independently
  • Experience with DivorceMate or similar software an asset
Estate Planning Lawyer
Full-Time Kitchener, ON 3+ Years Call
About the Role

Growing demand for our estate planning services means we need an experienced estates lawyer to join the team. You'll handle Wills, POAs, trusts and probate administration for a loyal, established client base.

Responsibilities
  • Draft Wills, Powers of Attorney, trusts and related estate documents
  • Advise clients on estate planning strategies including testamentary trusts
  • Manage estate administration and probate applications
  • Work alongside our family law team on estate matters arising from family breakdown
Requirements
  • Member in good standing, Law Society of Ontario
  • Minimum 3 years of wills & estates experience in Ontario
  • Familiarity with Ontario's Succession Law Reform Act and related legislation
  • Experience with trust structures and estate administration
Legal Assistant / Law Clerk
Full-Time Kitchener, ON 2+ Years Experience
About the Role

We are looking for an organized, client-focused law clerk or legal assistant with experience in a family law or estates practice to support our growing team.

Responsibilities
  • Open and maintain client files and manage docketing
  • Prepare court documents, correspondence and standard forms
  • Liaise with clients and court offices
  • Manage lawyer calendars and deadline tracking
  • Process accounts and assist with billing
Requirements
  • Law Clerk diploma or equivalent legal assistant experience
  • 2+ years in a family law or estates practice
  • Proficient in PCLaw, Clio or similar practice management software
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
